These conditions form the basis of “Our” (Niall and Charlotte Benvie, owners of Food and Photography Retreats) contract with you, the Client.

“eLearning” refers to the on-line delivery of tuition as well any electronic or physical materials we undertake to provide as part of a “Course”.
The Course is exclusive to you and it and its content and materials may not be shared with a group, live-streamed or similarly distributed.
Any electronic media provided for the Course, such as eBooks and instructional PDFs, are copyright of Niall Benvie and may NOT be distributed by the Client.
Food and Photography Retreats cannot be held liable for any damage, electronic or physical, resulting from the use of its eLearning assets.
Food and Photography Retreats Ltd. cannot be held liable for the non-delivery of physical materials dispatched to the address you provide. You will be provided with proof of dispatch and should pursue any claim with the courier.
The full cost of the course is payable in GBP on receipt of an invoice from Food and Photography Retreats Ltd. Once that account has been settled in full, a contract will exist between us.
Food and Photography Retreats Ltd. retains the right to cancel a contract without prejudice. Our liability ends with making a full refund to you, minus any bank charges that may be incurred.
If the quality of internet connection consistently fails to meet the required standard, either party may cancel the contract and a pro-rata refund will be made by us.
Food and Photography Retreats Ltd. may alter the course from its advertised content if it believes that it can provide a higher-standard experience or product.
While we will make every effort to assist you to realise the objective of the course, we cannot guarantee outcomes, no matter how hard we try.
